All Karats Accepted: 8k 9k 10k 14k 15k 18k 22k 24k. Absolutely not. As long as you contact us within ten business days from the date listed on your Settlement Check, we will happily return all of your material to you free of charge.

First of all, we insure all of our GOLDPAKS. Secondly, the GOLDPAK was designed specifically to keep your material safe and secure throughout the entire shipping process. We have never lost a GOLDPAK or had one stolen. Finally, our GOLDPAK TRACKING SYSTEM allows you to track your GOLDPAK every step of the way up until it arrives at our facility which is constantly monitored by closed-circuit security cameras.

Unfortunately, we do not. If your material contains diamonds, chips or other stones we do not pay for them. You will still receive payment for the precious metal (Gold or Platinum). Unfortunately, stone removal is very expensive and time consuming. If you do have an item with a large diamond in it, we suggest you bring it to a diamond dealer.
